Chromed and almost ready for blast-off! The purple chromed nose cone and fins makes this rocket a real SHOW STOPPER! Blasting to almost 900 feet, the Show Stopper is powered by C11 and D Estes engines. And the chrome parts are EASY to see in the sky so you won’t lose this one!

WHAT YOU NEED TO BUILD: Scissors, pencil, carpenter’s glue, plastic cement, hobby knife and masking tape. (Tools, construction and finishing supplies not included.)

WHAT YOU NEED TO LAUNCH (sold separately): Estes Porta-Pad II Launch Pad with a 3/16 inch launch rod and Electron Beam Launch Controller, Estes model rocket engines, starters and recovery wadding. Four 1.5V high quality AA alkaline batteries are also required for launch controller (not included).

  • 11/7/2019 – Took pictures of package
  • 1/24/2020 – Opened package. Took pictures of instructions, decal and components. Scanned instructions, decal and components. Made Word Press page & photo gallery
  • 1/25/2020 – Cemented fin can together. Measured LL where holes need to go in BT and punched holes with an awl. Placed fins in fin can slots. Cemented LL to BT and applied clear sticky patch over LL. Put on self-adhesive decals as per picture card. Cemented fin can to BT. Glued shock cord to SC mount and then tied other end to transition piece. This completes construction of Estes #2466 Show Stopper.
